Dump truck crash cleared from Montague Expressway NB I-880 ramps in San Jose

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- The Montague Expressway on and off-ramps from northbound I-880 have reopened after a dump truck flipped over spilling debris.

The right lane of I-880 was also blocked.

Lanes were reopened at 12:07 p.m.
