Mexican president proposes legalizing gay marriage

Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto has proposed legalizing gay marriage.

Pena Nieto said Tuesday that he has signed initiatives that would seek to enshrine same-sex marriage in the country's constitution and the federal civil code.
