Power restored to 41,000 PG&E customers after outage in Oakland, Berkeley

OAKLAND, Calif. -- PG&E crews restored power to nearly 41,000 customers Saturday after an outage in Oakland.
There are outages in Berkeley affecting at least 50 residents at this time.
Crews have not said when power will be completely restored.
