OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Children have temporarily lost a place where they learn and play in Oakland after a fire gutted a recreation center at Mosswood Park on Macarthur Boulevard early Saturday morning.

The building houses a computer lab, dance studio, athletic facilities and art studios.

Mosswood Park also hosts an inclusion camp for children with disabilities.
