Power outage impacts 3,700 in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Power outage impacts at least 3,700 PG&E customers in Oakland. The outage has impacted an area just southeast of Lake Merritt.

There is no word yet on what caused the outage.

PG&E estimates power will be restored at 9:15 a.m.
