Rainbow shines during water drop on Thomas Fire in Southern California

The word beautiful usually doesn't come to mind when battling a wildfire, but that's exactly what firefighters encountered while doing a water drop over the Thomas Fire that has been burning in Southern California.

Crews captured video of a rainbow as they were conducting water drops over the massive fire that has been burning for nearly a month.

Santa Barbara County firefighters shared the footage on their Instagram page saying, "our Canadian friends making drops above Flores Flats to secure the western corner of the Thomas Fire."
