OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- A home in the Oakland Hills has set a new record for the highest price ever for a home sold in Alameda County.

The Devon Way home sits on the border between Oakland and Berkeley. It sold for $20.5 million.

Sky7 HD shows the 1,400 square foot estate comes with a 2,000 square-foot living room, a 16-car garage, a vineyard, a 2,500-bottle wine cellar and seven fireplaces.
