SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco's skyline could have some major changes in store.

The renderings from an architectural firm that's been chosen to redevelop a block of the city's South of Market area at First and Mission streets have been released.

Designers have proposed two towers there. If built, one of them would be the city's second tallest building. That one would be 910-feet high. An accompanying tower would be shorter at 605-feet.

The firm responsible for the plan is the same one that designed Apple's new spaceship campus in Cupertino.
