Sacramento gets into holiday spirit with iconic tree lighting

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KGO) -- Governor Jerry Brown and the First Lady of California will host the 86th Annual Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Thursday evening.

The tree arrived in Sacramento in November.

It's been decorated with 10,000 LED lights and more than 900 hand-crafted ornaments.
