Barricades set up in San Francisco to hold back flooding

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Barricades are being set up right now for streets in San Francisco that typically flood with a major storm. The city is not taking this afternoon's storm lightly, and an early indication of that are the barricades set up on 17th and Folsom.
