VIDEO: Family in mourning after 4 people killed in I-80 crash

SAN PABLO, Calif. (KGO) -- A family is in mourning after four of its members were killed in a hit-and-run crash on I-80 in San Pablo on Saturday night.

Those killed include two Napa residents, 50-year-old Daryl Horn and his 14-year-old son Joseph, and two from Bainbridge Island in Washington, 52-year-old Troy Biddle and his 13-year-old son Baden.
