School district retiree health benefits could cost Californians

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- California has been addressing public pension short falls. Now the legislature is taking a closer look at the concerns over health benefits at school districts. In the Bay Area two of them, San Francisco and West Contra Costa, are now challenged.
