Man mocks ridiculously long CVS receipts with hilarious costume
Anyone who has shopped at CVS has experienced the drugstore's incredibly long receipts. But one creative man used the infamously long receipt as inspiration for an awesome Halloween costume.
John Baker was at a loss for what to dress as for Halloween when he realized creating a costume based on those pesky receipts would be both funny and easy to create.

To emphasize the humor of the costume, Baker wanted to make sure it was for only one item. So he went to a CVS store near his home and bought a single pack of TicTacs. Sure enough, the receipt was nearly a foot long.
Baker took high resolution photos of the receipt and blew them up and printed them out onto large sheets of paper. The resulting costume was 12-feet long. Baker says it cost about $15 to make.

Baker posted a photo go his costume, complete with the original receipt and pack of TicTacs, to Reddit, where it inspired a healthy debate about the lengthy receipts. Many posters were quick to comment that the majority of the receipts are actually coupons related to the retailer's loyalty program.
