23 adorable baby pandas debuted in China

It's a panda bonanza in China. A breeding facility debuted 23 baby pandas this week!

The pandas, aged 1 to 4 months, are the result of a spike in breeding and are almost double the number of newborns produced last year.

Experts attribute the bear baby boom to an improvement in breeding technology.
