CACHE COUNTY, UT -- More than 800 girls in northern Utah got to feel special on the Thursday before Valentine's Day because a classmate bought them all flowers.
Hayden Godfrey ordered the flowers himself and recruited friends to help make sure they got to all of the girls on the campus of Sky View High School.
"I don't think a girl should be left out during Valentine's Day," Hayden said.
Hayden works bagging groceries and had been saving money he earned to buy the flowers. And you can bet it took more than one paycheck to do it.
"To spend your money like that, it takes someone with real heart," said Steve Hoggan, Hayden's boss.
Altogether the flowers cost more than $500! And if you're thinking Hayden did it to get a date, think again. He's already got a girlfriend - one who's glad he did what he did.
"To watch every single one of those girls walk out of school with a big smile on their face makes me very happy and very proud of him," she said.
