CLEVELAND -- An Ohio woman who has fostered dozens of children over the years is celebrating her 108th birthday.
Arlena Labon may be 108 years old, but she still has a sense of humor. She was born when Theodore Roosevelt was president in 1908.
Labon has lived most of her life in the Cleveland area.
"She is the most remarkable woman, healthy, an insatiable appetite," said Labon's grandniece Claudia Martin.

Labon never had any children of her own, but over the years, she has been mother to approximately 50 foster children. She says it was important to her to give them a good life and a good education.
"I gave them what I didn't get," Labon said.
Labon shared some words of wisdom: "Just love one another, baby, treat one another good, because I love everybody and will help everybody that I can."
