LOS ANGELES (KGO) -- Oprah Winfrey is saying she's glad she didn't buy the Los Angeles Clippers.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the media mogul says $2 billion would not have been a wise business decision for her.

That's how much former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer ended up paying for the team.

Oprah say initially she was really excited during the bidding process, thinking it would be so much fun to own a team.

She eventually pulled out and says she's glad because friends will not be hitting her up for tickets.
