Super Bowl 50: What can you see at the NFL Experience
SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Super Bowl City opens Saturday morning and it will be the hub for events, concerts, and activities in San Francisco during the run up to and during the Super Bowl.
The gates will open at 11 a.m. and opening day also includes a fireworks show and the official relighting of the Bay Lights.

The NFL Experience will open Saturday morning as well at the Moscone Center.

On Friday, San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee said, "Welcome to San Francisco, the host of Super Bowl 50!"
And with those words, Lee invited all to begin enjoying what may be the coolest party San Francisco has ever experienced.

Super Bowl City along the Embarcadero will have sponsored activities along with lots of things for non-football fans.
Chairman of the Super Bowl Host Committee, Daniel Lurie, said there will be "music, and wine and food, culture, the Bay Bridge lights will be back on tomorrow night, so there is a lot to do for even the non-sports fan."
Anyone can enjoy Super Bowl City for free, while at the Moscone Center adults will have to dish out $35 and $25 for the kids. It's called the NFL Experience with many exhibits like all the Super Bowl rings given to the winning teams.

There are also many interactive games for anyone who is thinking of being a goofball.
Fans can also see how the NFL footballs are made. Wilson makes 5,000 a week.
Molly Wallace from Wilson Sporting Goods said, "So you can see how they sew the footballs, turn the footballs, put the bladder in, lace the football and mold the football. And the people who do that, do that every day and the average employee has been there for 20-22 years."
The fun starts at 11 AM.
