Mnuchin financing collapses in East Oakland housing market

EAST OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Several homes in East Oaikland were financed by a bank, foreclosed on and are now the subject of a fair housing complaint.

The bank that backed the loans was led by the man Donald Trump just nominated to run the treasury department.
