BRENTWOOD, Calif. (KGO) -- Yet another lawsuit is being filed against a former special needs teacher charged with abusing her students.

The families of six children have filed suit against Dina Holder and the administrators with the Brentwood School District.

The suit claims the district failed to alert the community that holder was a convicted child abuser thereby allowing her to abuse their kids,

The students were ages three- to six-years-old and each had limited ability to communicate.

The school district has settled two previous lawsuits involving Holder, who pleaded no contest to child abuse in 2012.
