SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- For the first time in team history for the San Jose Sharks are the Western Conference champions. But, fans and players don't want to stop there as the quest for the Stanley cup continues.

History was made at the Shark Tank Wednesday night when the team defeated the St. Louis Blues in Game 6 of the Western Conference finals.
Longtime Sharks fan Andrew Godfrey is making coffee with bite at B2 coffee in San Pedro Square Market after staying up late celebrating the historic win.
"Did you have to have an extra cup of coffee or are you getting by on adrenaline?" asked ABC7's Matt Keller.
"Right now, I'm just getting by on adrenaline, but I'll probably need a cup of coffee pretty soon," said Godfrey
All eyes are on San Jose. Of course, the Stanley Cup is the hottest ticket in town. Fans got in line early this morning.
"I left at 4 a.m. from El Dorado Hills. I've got to see them. I've got to go," said John Ploke, El Dorado Hills resident.
Season ticket holders got first dibs on tickets at 10 a.m. Sales for the general public start at 1 p.m. Ticket prices range from $175 all the way up to $1,500.
The first playoff game is on Monday.
The Sharks will either play the Tampa Bay Lightning or the Pittsburg Penguins.
