SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival is happening in San Francisco and if you're going to be anywhere around Golden Gate Park, expect some big crowds.

It's a three day festival with more than 40,000 people expected daily with very limited parking.
