Driver arrested for hit and run cab accident in SF

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The driver of an SUV is under arrest for hit and run after crashing into a taxi cab in San Francisco Tuesday morning.

The driver hit the cab near Octavia and Fell streets around 3:30 p.m. Police say the driver then jumped out of the car and took off running before they made the arrest a few blocks away.

A passenger in each car was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
