SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Asiana Airlines will pay nearly $3.5 million to San Francisco for a deadly crash three years ago.
Supervisors Tuesday approved the settlement.
Asiana Flight 214 clipped the seawall at the San Francisco International Airport and slammed down on the runway, killing three Chinese students in July of 2013.
Pilot error is blamed.
The settlement money will cover the city's legal costs and airport repairs.
