Runners who use those barefoot-style shoes could be getting a refund.

Vibram has agreed to settle a $3.5 million class-action suit over their "Five Fingers" shoes.

The company came under fire for saying its shoes could strengthen feet and prevent running-related injuries better than traditional running shoes.

Customers who bought shoes after March 21, 2009 can file a claim and could receive refunds from $20 to $50.
