Waiter feeds man without hands in Georgia

DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. -- The Internet is buzzing over a photo showing a waiter's compassion.

In the picture, 22-year-old Alex Ruiz is seen feeding a customer with no arms at the Cinco de Mayo restaurant in Georgia.

Another customer who saw the encounter on Sunday was so touched, he snapped the photo and posted it to social media.

He says the disabled customer walked into the restaurant, ordered his food, and then asked for help with his meal.

Ruiz immediately volunteered.

The feel-good moment has been shared on social media over a thousand times.
