Takeaway of the Day
Today got off to a frosty start, with early morning temperatures in the low to mid 30s in many inland communities. But bright sunshine brought a pleasant warmup by midday, and temperatures are now generally in the low to mid 60s as of 3:30 p.m. Clear skies overnight will lead to another chilly start tomorrow, but so far we have no frost advisories in effect for tomorrow morning.
The Look Ahead
We can expect sunny and warmer than average weather for the remainder of the week, followed by a noticeable cooldown this weekend. Even as temperatures drop, however, our current dry pattern will persist. In fact, there is no hint of rain in the forecast for at least the next 7 days.
