AccuWeather Forecast: Clear skies tonight, warming trend begins

Takeaway of the Day

Well, we could not have asked for a more beautiful day for Bay to Breakers. The few morning clouds we had eroded early, giving us a bright, sunny sky from coast to inland. Afternoon warming lifted temperatures to around 80 degrees inland, near 70 around the bay, and lower 60s at the coast. Skies will remain mostly clear tonight.

The Look Ahead

The first three days of this week will bring us a nice warming trend. Tuesday will be the warmest, with afternoon highs reaching into the upper 80s inland and upper 70s near the bay. At the end of the week, however, we can expect a rather dramatic change, as a gusty and sharply cooler pattern develops just as the weekend approaches.
