Rainfall amounts will range from total .10" in the South Bay to 1" in the North Bay. East Bay and San Francisco will range from a .10" to .50" through Sunday evening.
A HIGH SURF ADVISORY is happening through 4 p.m. on Sunday
A large westerly swell is expected, with 20' to 26' breaking waves reaching as high as 30'.
The Look Ahead
More soggy weather is on tap through the end of the year.
Monday evening into Tuesday will feature a stronger system and Christmas Eve will be rainy in the morning, but drying out in the afternoon.
Christmas Day will be dry with partly sunny skies in the afternoon. However, another system may arrive after the start of Hanukkah or late Christmas evening.
