Takeaway of the Day
This Halloween morning began in ghoulish fashion with widespread rainfall, a chill in the air, and slippery roadways. As the sun rises and the skies get brighter, the rain will end and the remainder of the day will become increasingly sunny. That's good news for trick-or-treaters, as we expect cool and dry weather conditions in the late afternoon and evening hours. So, essentially, Halloween weather will be a treat--nothing tricky.

The Look Ahead
Our next round of rain will arrive late Friday and continue into Saturday morning. So, if you're looking for a dry break in our weather, today and early Friday will be your best bet. Saturday's rain will be accompanied by brisk and breezy conditions, giving way to a windier pattern on Sunday, and then a sunny and milder pattern early next week.
