YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, Calif. -- According to Park Rangers, a rock climber has fallen from Higher Cathedral Spire in Yosemite.
Officials say a helicopter is on its way to rescue the climber.
This comes after two consecutive days of rockslides at Yosemite. On Wednesday, one person died after a large rock fell near the East Buttress climbing route on El Capitan at around 1: 55 p.m. Then a second massive rock fall hit the park on Thursday.
Despite the rockslides, climbers say those won't keep them away from the mountain and the sport they love.
