Kara Ann Orella, an accounts payable administrator for KVAL Inc., was arrested Thursday and was booked into the Sonoma County Jail. A jail official said she posted bail and was released.
Police Sgt. Ed Crosby said evidence was obtained to corroborate the alleged offenses and police contacted Orella at her home. She was arrested after an interview, Crosby said.
The small company at 825 Petaluma Blvd. South designs and manufactures industrial woodworking machinery for the door and window industry and has been in business since 1947, according to its Web site.
