Get your kids healthy by gardening

Getting kids to eat their vegetables can be challenging, but if they learn where food comes from by growing their own, they're more likely to develop healthy eating habits.

The Shape Up Bayview/Hunters Point Project sponsored by Kaiser Permanente is providing exactly that experience for some kids at Bret Harte Elementary. Nick Smith paid the school a visit.
