The victim, Daniel Dennard, was shot to death at the intersection of Bayshore Boulevard and Industrial Street while he was stopped at a red light around 7:20 p.m., police Sgt. Wilfred Williams said.
The shooter fled in a black, two-door Honda Accord or Acura with tinted windows, police said.
