Organic and refreshing drinks

Refreshing drinks! Creative and simple recipes you can serve at your next gathering from mixologist Dominic Venegas.

Sunday Siren

  • 4 blueberries
  • 2 sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 oz. of Mangosteen Juice
  • Sparkling apple cider

    Directions: In a champagne flute combined ingredients and top with sparkling cider.

    Adult version: Add 1 oz. VeeV and top with sparkling wine

    August Air

  • 2 sliced pieces of white nectarine
  • 2 sliced pieces of apricots
  • 3 raspberries
  • 3 blueberries

    Directions: Place the fruit and ice in a tall pilsner glass, add 1/2 oz. of agave nectar 1/2 oz. lemon juice. Stir ingredients, add fresh ice, and top with DRY Kumquat Soda

    Adult version: Add 1 oz. each of VeeV and Flor de Cana 4 yr. silver rum, then top with soda

    California Wind

  • 3 basil leaves
  • 2 sage leaves
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 sprigs of lavender

    Directions: Place the herbs in the ice so they appear suspended. Add 1/2 oz. agave nectar, 1/2 oz grapefruit juice. Stir ingredients, add fresh ice and top with DRY Lavender Soda.

    Adult version: Add 1oz. each of VeeV, Plymouth gin, then top with soda
