Crab season difficult for fishermen

The Dungeness crab season is turning out to be one of the worst in years.

It's putting more pressure on Bay Area fishermen already struggling with low consumer demand and the cancelation of salmon season.

Commercial fishermen in California, Oregon and Washington say the slowdown could force many of them out of business.

Congress approved $100 million in federal disaster relief, but many fishermen say even with the help, they needed a robust crab season to make ends meet.
