A group of 20 UC Berkeley students is now on a hunger strike to protest Arizona's controversial immigration law.

The students began their protest Monday outside California Hall. They have a list of six demands. Most notably, they want UC President Mark Yudof and the UC chancellors to denounce the legislation.

The students say the law, which requires police to question anyone they suspect of being in the country illegally, is blatantly racist.
