The convenience store chain expects to give away 5 million 7.11 ounce Slurpees today across the nation. The drinks will be free until 11 tonight or as long as supplies last.
And, if a free drink isn't enough - two local stores are hosting 7-Eleven day parties with live music, other prizes and brain freeze contests. Those bigger Slurpee parties are being held in San Francisco at 3400 Mission Street from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and in Sunnyvale on North Fair Oak Avenue from 1 to 5 p.m.
