Raymundo Quijano was found on the Pinole Point Trail approximately one mile from the main parking lot of Point Pinole Regional Park when officers responded to a report of a man down at about 12:55 p.m., according to the East Bay Regional Park District Police Department.
Quijano was treated by emergency personnel from the Richmond Fire Department and American Medical Response before he was flown to John Muir Medical Center, where he later died, police said.
