It's UNIQLO, the world's fourth largest retailer based in the world. The new store planned in San Francisco at Powell and Ellis streets is expected to bring 500 jobs to the city. UNIQLO opened its first U.S. store in New York City's Soho in 2006. Last October, UNIQLO opened its second and third U.S. stores on Fifth Avenue and 34th Street. It features a trendy clothing line that's popular in Asia with low prices for down jackets and other outerwear along with everyday casual clothes for men and women.
