The retailer is demanding that workers who have company insurance provide personal health data like their weight and body fat ratio. Employees who refuse could see their premiums go up by $600 a year.
CVS also wants employees to sign a consent form to give the company access to their health records.
The chain says the policy is an attempt to cut insurance costs and encourage workers to develop healthier habits.
CVS is giving workers until May 2014 to decide.
