Shameless pig poops inside police cruiser and has no regrets about it

SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A pig that was taken into custody for going hog wild in a town outside of Detroit seem to express utter contempt for authorities by defecating all over the inside of the police car and smiling about it.

Debbie DeRiemaecker told ABC Affiliate WXYZ the she was doing yard work at her suburban home when a pig suddenly charged toward her from out of nowhere. After being chased around the yard, a laughing DeRiemaecker dialed 911 and explained the situation.

Shelby Township Police Officer Kevin Treworgy decided to remove the pig from the scene, and placed her in the backseat of his patrol car. In disbelief of the surreal image, Treworgy took photos and video of the pig snorting disdain at her captor.

"Yep, that is in my Shelby Township police car," said Treworgy in a video uploaded the police department's Facebook page.

In hindsight, putting a pig in the backseat of a car was probably a mistake.

Things took a turn for the worse when the pig, named Daisy, relieved herself in Treworgy's car, and kicked it all over the backseat. The proud porcine smiled in photos, looking undeniably pleased with herself.

"Now we know why that pig is smiling in the first pic! Lol," wrote the Shelby Township Police Department, posting an image of the aftermath.

Police later discovered Daisy's owner and returned her to them. The owner was also courteous enough to clean up the back of Treworgy's car as well.
