Recipe: Juicy microwaved salmon

Microwaved salmon? Contributing Chef Bruce Aidells has the key to cooking an incredibly moist and delicious dish in less than five minutes!

Salmon recipes:


Pure sesame oil 1 tbsp
Thin soy sauce 1 tbsp
Hua Tiao Chiew 1 tbps
Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
Minsed ginger 1 teaspoon
Green onion minced
Graded lemon
Cilantro chopped

All on salmon, turn salmon over in sauce. Place in oven on broil until it's golden. 6min


Salt & pepper
Place fish at lip of plate
Place in microwave covered.
Cook 1 min, take plastic off
Turn fish over and around on edge of plate
Re-cover and cook for 1 min
Remove and turn and rotate again
Microwave for 30 more seconds
