About 20 acres ended up burning in the Spanish Flats area of Lake Berryessa. That's a fairly remote area, and no structures were damaged.
An exact cause has not been determined, although wind gusts were topping 20 miles an hour at the time.
Crews will be out all night mopping up the scene.
