The crash occurred on southbound U.S. Highway 101 north of San Antonio Road at about 1:40 a.m.
The woman, Elisabeth Evelyn Allread, traveled into the center median, lost control of the Land Rover, left the highway and overturned down a dirt and grass embankment, according to the CHP.
