The hospital confirmed to ABC7News that one of its doctors operated on the wrong leg of a patient.
CPMC told ABC7 "This is clearly something we deeply regret. Patient safety is something we consider of the utmost importance."
They won't discuss other details, except to say that the patient's leg was not amputated.
