Nissan to debut zero-emission electric car

/*Nissan*/ executives were at Fort Mason explaining the technology behind the car's lithium-ion battery pack and offering test drives.

Nissan North America says the developers are working with organizations around the world to make the zero emission vehicles.

Talks are also underway in Sonoma County to buy a fleet of 1,000 Nissan electric cars for government agencies.
