Contra Costa Co. officials ready for swine flu

Health officials in Contra Costa County are telling supervisors they are ready to deal with an outbreak of swine flu, but so far have no cases to report.

They are taking precautions similar to those already set up to deal with bird flu.

The county is expecting a quarter of its allocation of Tamiflu vaccine from the state this week.
