Someone decided to put a little swing into the daily commute on BART. They may not have realized they were breaking the law.
It is not known who put up a temporary swing in the aisle of a BART train, but people took pictures and posted them on the web. The same stunt was pulled on the New York subway system.
Some passengers looked on in amusement, while others seemed to barely notice.
BART discourages this playground-inspired antic, saying not only is it a safety issue, it is illegal.
