Girl, mom sue driver in Mollie Stone's ax

A Girl Scout and her mother injured in an accident outside Mollie Stone's in Burlingame have filed a lawsuit against the driver involved.

The complaint is against Paul Glad, whose car hit them outside the market in March.

The mother, Holly Rogers, was pinned against the grocery store wall. Her left leg was amputated; her 8-year-old daughter also was hurt.

The lawsuit claims the driver was reckless while trying to park his car.

Glad was unavailable for comment.
