Girl, mom sue driver in Mollie Stone's ax

The complaint is against Paul Glad, whose car hit them outside the market in March.

The mother, Holly Rogers, was pinned against the grocery store wall. Her left leg was amputated; her 8-year-old daughter also was hurt.

The lawsuit claims the driver was reckless while trying to park his car.

Glad was unavailable for comment.
